When you find an item you wish to purchase, simply select your size (please refer to our size chart to find what fits you best) and the quantity, then simply click “Add to Cart”. Thereafter, you can continue shopping to add more items of your choice, or just proceed to Checkout.

Our Checkout process is quick & seamless. No matter how many items you have in your Shopping Cart, or how many different brands/boutiques they are sourced from, you only need to Checkout once. We ship worldwide to over 190 countries via DHL, UPS, or other available shipping partners in select countries. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email acknowledgement. Your order will then be shipped directly to you, upon completion of order and payment validation.

ORDER TRACKING

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch with you if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is approved, the relevant DIZENN partner will aim to dispatch your order(s) within 2 business days.

Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 2-10 business days from dispatch. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and the estimated arrival date.Upon dispatching your order, you will receive shipping confirmation email with tracking number where you will be able to access the shipping status by going into your “Orders” page and view your order status.For any questions or inquiries about your order tracking, please contact us atinfo@dizenn.com.

If you order from multiple DIZENN partners, please keep in mind that your items may arrive separately. While we aim to always delivery within the specified times, DIZENN will not be held responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.

SHIPPING

Shipping is complimentary when shopping with us at DIZENN. We see many customers are concerned with high shipping cost so we decided to make every purchase from DIZENN as FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING! Enjoy your free delivery to your door.

DIZENN orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm EU time zone and normally takes 2-10 business days depending on the location.

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used only as a guide and are based on the time from dispatch. DIZENN will not be held responsible for customs clearance delays or failed payment approvals. However, we will endeavour to always minimize any known potential delays.

TAXES & DUTIES

We include the cost of duties and import taxes in your order if you live in the following countries; European Union, USA, Canada, China, Australia, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Qatar, India, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Thailand, U.A.E., Japan and Mexico.
Thus, you will not need to pay any additional fees when your order arrives at your destination, unless otherwise specified with additional import duty or local tax notification by shipping courier.

For certain item or certain countries, there may be additional import duty or local sales taxes that you may need to pay. Our shipping courier will contact you if there is additional import duty or import tax. If a DAP (Delivery At Place) destination is selected (i.e. customers outside of the European Union, USA, Canada, China, Australia, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Qatar, India, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Thailand, U.A.E., Japan and Mexico), the price you pay to DIZENN will exclude all relevant import duties, statutory and/or sales taxes. As the recipient of the order(s), you must pay these duties and taxes directly to the carrier or relevant authorities to release your order from customs.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order before shipment for a full refund. Cancellations made on or after the date of shipping cannot be made and you will be charged the full amount for your order unless item is found as a defect or failed deliveries.

RETURNS POLICY

If you would like to return the item, please email us at return@dizenn.com of your return request. We will send you instructions on how to return your item with all the details.

Your returned item must arrive at our DIZENN partner boutique where it was ordered from no later than 14 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you book your return pick-up with usas early aspossible to ensure that the returning item arrives at the relevant DIZENN partner’s location within 14 days to proceed your return. Any return request after 14 days period will not be acceptable.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside protective outer box for shipping
  • When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box
  • If an item has a DIZENN security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position
  • Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact
  • Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable
  • Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled
  • We do not accept returns of any kind of jewelry items
  • We do not accept any sale items. Sales items are final sale.

Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

RETURNS PROCESS

To request for a return, please email us at return@dizenn.com with below information:

  • Order Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Customer Information (Your Full Name, Address, Billing Address, Contact Number)
  • Returning Item Information (Brand Name, Product Name, Size, Color, Quantity, Category)
  • Reason for a Return

We will send you a return process email with all the details you’ll need to complete for the return. If you are returning items to multiple DIZENN partners, please request and state a separate collection for each partner’s item information in the email.

What happens next?

Please follow our return policy in the email. For a return pick up service, please prepare your package with the returns documents enclosed in your order. Here’s how:

  1. Attach the Return label, and a signed Return Note if you have received one, to the outside of your box
  2. Place any unwanted items with all original packaging inside the box and leave it open for the courier to check the contents
  3. Keep a copy of the Return Label, so you can check the delivery status of your parcel with our carrier using the tracking number provided

REFUNDS POLICY

Once your return has been received and accepted by our partner, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way. You can follow the return of your packaging with our carrier using the tracking number on your Returns Label, or you can check the status under “Orders” or email us at return@dizenn.com for the refund status.

If you choose for a store credit for your refund method option, we can also issue your refund as DIZENN store credit; the amount will effortlessly apply at checkout the next time you shop with us.

FAULTY ITEMS

It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on our site, please advise our Customer Service as soon as possible. Where possible, we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund of the defective item(s).

CUSTOMISED, VINTAGE, OR SALE ITEMS

Customized Items

Due to the nature or personalized and monogrammed items, returns, changes or cancellations are not acceptable unless the customized items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you.

Please keep in mind that although customized items have an approximate 4-6 weeks lead time before they can be made ready to be shipped for you, payment will be taken shortly after you submit your order.

Vintage Items

Pre-worn goods sold at DIZENN, such as Vintage pieces, have undergone rigorous inspection prior to sale to guarantee their quality, precision and authenticity. As such, these valuable and timeless pieces should be treated with great care as with new items, and returned in the same condition in which they were received.Due to the nature of vintage items, returns, changes or cancellations are not acceptable.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale. Returns, changes, or cancellations are not acceptable unless found as a defect.

If any of your purchases arrive in a flawed or faulty condition, or without DIZENN or designer tags attached, please contact our Customer Service at return@dizenn.com for assistance.

**Please note:

For change of mind return, you will receive a refund excluding delivery costs once our partner receives a product back in an original condition within 14 days from a purchase date. Any item that is not returned in an original condition is not acceptable for a return. No cancellation made after item is shipped. All customized, vintage, and sales items are final sales and not acceptable for a return.

For an exceptional case approved by us, DIZENN reserves the right to offer a store credit for the relevant partner rather than a monetary refund, on a case by case basis. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. This does not affect your statutory rights.
